Проект відображає позицію жінки в нестабільному соціально-економічному середовищі постколоніальної країни. Пострадянський патріархальний устрій країни створює нові методи існування людини в ньому. Він зумовлений низкою стереотипів та традиційних образів, що в сучасному світі викривляються під зручним кутом та виконують функції бракуючих елементів в європоцентричному світі, на теренах якого вони вже згасають. Одним з наслідків цих процесів є розповсюдженість секс туризму та шлюбних агенств в Україні.
Як найбільш яскравий приклад, проект бере за основу сумновідомий вислів презедента України Володимира Зеленського під час відвідування кампусу стартапів Station F у Парижі 17 червня 2019 р, «в Україні дуже вродливі люди, особливо жінки», а також додав «це все є, і воно залишається нашим брендом». Фотопроект гіпербалізує звичні уявлення та стериотипи про українських жінок та традиції, віднімає індивідувльність у українки і робить її такою ж особливісттю країни, як вишиванка, вареники чи Софія Київська.
The project reflects the position of women in the unstable social-economic environment of the postcolonial country. The post-Soviet patriarchal system of the country creates new methods of human existence in it. It is due to a number of stereotypes and traditional images, which in the modern world are distorted at a convenient angle and perform a number of missing elements in the Eurocentric world, in which they are already fading. One of the consequences of these processes is the prevalence of sex tourism and marriage agencies in Ukraine.
As the most striking example, the project is based on the infamous statement of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky during a visit to the campus of startups Station F in Paris on June 17, 2019,"People in Ukraine are very beautiful, especially women," he added, "it's all there, and it remains our brand."
The photo project exaggerates the usual ideas and stereotypes about Ukrainian women and traditions caused by the patriarchal system, takes away the individuality of Ukrainian women and makes it the same feature of countries as vyshyvanka, Vareniks, or Saint Sophia Cathedral.
